Bon voyage

The new Venosta Valley railway is one of Europe’s most advanced and acclaimed local railways. Since the inauguration on May 5th 2005, local residents and holidaymakers have been enjoying the highest on-board comfort. As passengers have been increasing consistently, it is safe to say all expectations have been exceeded. Since December 2008, the new FLIRT "Treno Val Pusteria" trains and "Treno Alto Adige" rolling stock have been operational throughout the South Tyrol network..
This is also thanks to ongoing efforts by the network operators and local authorities to fine-tune timetables, services and additional offerings.
If you too wish to travel on the South Tyrol railway network, you have come to the right place: all the information you need is available on this website.
